5 Parks and Museums for Toddlers
Spring break is almost here, summer is right around the corner, and school is almost out which means we need to figure out some fun outdoor activities for our busy toddlers! Luckily for you, I’ve compiled a short list of a few of my favorite parks and museums I guarantee your kiddos will love.
American Museum of Natural History
Location: Central Park West & 79th St, New York, NY 10024 - Upper west side
Description: From Dinosaurs, interactive space exhibits, your kids are sure to run around and explore this museum to their heart's content. Located in Central Park West, the American Museum of Natural History is sure to be a beautiful sight, especially during the summer.
Brooklyn Children’s Museum
Location: 145 Brooklyn Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11213
Description: The Brooklyn Children’s Museum is an experience your children will beg to have. Equipped with Sensory rooms, ColorLab, and many other hands-on exhibits; your children will never want to leave.
Children’s Museum of the Arts
Location: 103 Charlton St, New York, NY 10014
Description: This museum contains beautiful art exhibits where your children can create their own masterpieces. Art classes and summer camps are these Museums’ way of interacting with your child’s inner artist.
Orlando Science Center
Location: 777 E Princeton St, Orlando, FL 32803
Description: The Orlando Science Center is home to many Florida wildlife. Your children will get to be up close and personal with some of Florida’s most endangered animal species, they’ll get to take part in live science experiments, experience a tornado, and get to play weatherman/woman in the WFTV Channel 9 tropical storm simulator.

Description: Home to sixteen museums and the San Diego Zoo there is no way your kids will want to leave in a hurry. Go experience the roar of a lion at the San Diego Zoo, or talk a walk through the Japanese Friendship Gardens, have a picnic at the San Diego Museum of art. There’s everything for your little one to enjoy.
